How to submit a claim
Cancellations
Step 1: Inform Catholic Travel Pros that you are canceling your travel program
- Call our office to let us know: 800-928-5508
- Put your cancellation in writing via ONE of the following methods:
- via email: info@catholictravelpros.com
- via fax: 863-647-5789
- via mail: 326 Stokes Road #609, Medford, NJ 08055
Step 2: Contact Trip Mate to complete paperwork
- Call Trip Mate at 800-888-7292 (Plan Number F429E)
- All claimants—even “Cancel for No Reason” passengers—must contact Trip Mate
All Other Claims
